These Terms govern your use of candle-aos.com and the CAOS platform provided by CANDLE. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
The service
CAOS (CANDLE Agentic Office Systems) is a business operating platform offered on a subscription basis. The early-adopter program provides access during active development; features may change as we build.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. The early-adopter program is offered at our discretion and may be limited in availability.
Fees & billing
Early-adopter access is offered at $350/month plus any applicable one-time setup fee, billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Annual billing, where offered, is billed for the full term in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
CANDLE and CAOS, including the platform, branding and content, are owned by CANDLE. You retain ownership of the business data you submit.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” during the early-adopter period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CANDLE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
