Refund Policy

We want CAOS to be the right fit. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you won’t be charged again.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee covers founder-led onboarding and your business system audit. Once that onboarding work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Annual plans
Where annual billing is offered, you may request a pro-rated refund of unused full months within the first 30 days; after 30 days annual plans are non-refundable.
How to request
Email chase@candle-aos.com with your account email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
