CANDLE (“we”, “us”) operates candle-aos.com and the CAOS platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you provide — such as your name, business name, email, phone, website, and the details you submit in our contact form, early-adopter application, and booking flow. Payment information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as IP address and browser/user-agent, used for security and spam prevention (including Cloudflare Turnstile).
How we use it
To respond to your inquiries, evaluate early-adopter applications, schedule and conduct founder calls, provide and bill for the CAOS service, send transactional emails, and improve our products. We sync submissions into our internal CAOS system to manage your relationship.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate — including Cloudflare (hosting, security), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and Google (calendar and video meetings for booked calls). We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain submissions and account records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data (subject to records we must keep).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email us at the address below.
Cookies
We aim to keep tracking minimal. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics where possible. Third-party tools such as Stripe and Turnstile may set their own cookies necessary for their function.
